All products sold by Snusflix OÜ are intended for adults aged 18 and over, or above the legal minimum age applicable in the customer’s country of residence. Nicotine products are addictive, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchase, possession, import and use of such products are lawful in the destination country. Orders shipped to countries with local restrictions are accepted strictly under the customer’s responsibility for compliance with those laws.

Customers are responsible for reviewing local rules relating to the purchase, import, taxation, possession and use of nicotine products before placing an order. Where customs declarations, import VAT, duties, excise charges, clearance fees or other local charges apply under the laws of the destination country, such charges may be payable by the recipient unless otherwise stated for that destination at checkout or in the applicable shipping notice.

All orders are processed by Snusflix OÜ, an Estonian company, and fulfilled from our European Union warehouse in Lithuania. Sales are conducted on a cross-border B2C basis to selected European markets. Orders delivered within the European Union are dispatched from within the EU. For destinations where customs formalities apply, the recipient may be required to complete local clearance formalities and to pay any applicable import-related charges. Snusflix OÜ does not operate local branches or warehouses in every destination market and sells through its central ecommerce operation.
