Snusflix OÜ operates the online platform, including order processing and coordination of deliveries with authorized services and accredited partner-sellers.

Certain stages of fulfillment (order preparation, handover to the shipping operator, preparation of accompanying documents/invoices) may be carried out by a partner-seller under existing agreements.

The sender's details are indicated in the accompanying documents and/or shipping label.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to this fulfillment procedure without limiting their rights regarding product quality.

Our products are intended only for adults (18+). By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the age requirements and comply with local laws. Age verification may be required upon delivery.

We strive to display product characteristics accurately; however, discrepancies may occur due to assortment updates and manufacturer specifications.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities and to restrict shipping availability to certain destinations.

The final order amount, including any applicable seller fees, is displayed before payment.

Payments are accepted by bank cards and electronic payment systems.

Payment is confirmed at the time of placing the order. Actual funds withdrawal occurs upon handover of the shipment to the delivery operator and assignment of a tracking number.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Orders are handed over to delivery operators on working days. Delivery times are approximate and depend on the selected operator, route, and inspection procedures.

As a store, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs checks, local delivery failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We recommend tracking the parcel by tracking number and contacting the courier for updates.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that the goods are eligible for delivery in the jurisdiction of the shipping address.

Taxes, duties, and any other applicable fees are not included in the order price and must be paid by the recipient.

In cases of delays, returns, or restrictions imposed by customs or other authorities, refunds or replacements are not provided.

Failure to pay import fees may result in the return or destruction of the shipment; the recipient bears responsibility for such consequences.

Accredited partner-sellers ensure that labeling and documentation comply with applicable requirements when handing over the shipment to the operator.

Nicotine products are hygiene and perishable goods.
Submit a return request via the online form on the website.

Returns are possible only at the seller's discretion provided that:
- The product is unopened, in its original packaging;
- The expiration date has not passed;
- Confirmed defect (not caused by the buyer).

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Order cancellation is possible before handover to the courier via support@snusflix.com.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed products that are not returnable for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal/package is broken (including nicotine-containing products);
• Custom-made products.

An order can be canceled before being handed over to the shipping operator by contacting us at support@snusflix.com. Once transferred, the return rules apply.

Consumer statutory rights regarding defective goods apply according to applicable law.

Any defect must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery, with a description and, if necessary, photos/videos.

Depending on the situation, remedies may include replacement of goods, price reduction, or refund — in line with applicable law.

Snusflix OÜ provides the online platform, coordinates order processing, and ensures information support.

Order preparation, handover to the shipping operator, and documentation may be performed by an accredited partner-seller.

Delivery times are indicative; handover and receipt are subject to the rules of the delivery services.

Snusflix OÜ is not liable for delays, returns, or restrictions caused by carriers, customs, or other authorities, nor for recipient's costs related to import duties or local regulations.

To the extent permitted by law, Snusflix OÜ's liability is limited to the documented value of the respective order.

We process personal data in compliance with GDPR.

Legal grounds include: performance of a contract (order processing), legal obligations (accounting/tax), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention), and consent (marketing communications, non-essential cookies).

A consent management system is used; cookie settings can be adjusted on the website at any time.

Data may be processed by authorized providers (payment systems, logistics, hosting, analytics) under data processing agreements; cross-border transfers may occur where adequate safeguards are in place.

Data subject rights include: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent.
